CLIENT understands that ENCORE will be producing an estate plan. Their estate plan is based upon the information they provide to ADVISORS EP. The accuracy of the plan is based upon the accuracy of the responses submitted by the CLIENT. ADVISORS EP submits CLIENT responses for processing through the ENCORE software, a scrivener service. CLIENT also understands that ENCORE is not their attorney.
